Dr. Daryl Turner has a unique combination of practical corporate experience, with management of a number of multi national corporations. Dr. Turner has founded many companies including, “Pryda” Australia, “Powertrusion” USA, “NiTek” USA, “Thyroid and Adrenal Research Institute”, and the international charity, “For Need Foundation”. Dr. Turner’s lifetime focus is in the development of intellectual property, he holds a number of patents.
Dr. Turner’s research interests in the 2000’s has been on the development of non-invasive medical testing devices for the human body, culminating in the formation of the NiTek Medical group, with non invasive testing for Thyroid, Adrenal, Iodine, Heart Function, and Screening for, dysfunction, imbalance, infections, and sensitivities.

A portion of NiTek’s profits are mandated to be donated to the “For Need Foundation”, supporting programs such as “Doctors For Need” and “Teachers For Need” in the Pacific Islands.
Dr. Turner has a Bachelor of Science Degree with Distinction, a Masters in Business Administration with highest honors, was Valedictorian at both the Bachelors and Masters commencements. While in University he was on the Student Advisory Council, the University Outreach Programs and the student representative with the Chancellor. He also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy, focused on stress management in the human body.

Dr. Kail is the Chairman of the Board of U.S. Complementary Health, Inc., a consulting corporation (medical institutions, government agencies, insurance companies, manufacturers). He is also a consultant for external research affairs at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a member of the Arizona State Naturopathic Physicians Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Kail is a Director of Research and Development at Western Research Laboratories. He has appeared in the media and has experience lecturing to a variety of audiences nationally and internationally, as well as teaching experience in a classroom setting. |
Dr. Kail is also a health food industry consultant. Dr. Kail currently operates a private Naturopathic research practice, which is holistic in nature, emphasizing natural and non-invasive therapies.

Tamar Tchelidze, MD, MPH graduated from Medical School “AIETI”, with the degree of Medical Doctor in 1998 . In the same year she received postdoctoral training in diagnosis of HIV/AIDS at Center of Disease Control (CDC) , Atlanta GA . This qualification led to a successful Medical Career in Georgia, which involved working for two of the largest Research Institutes as well as with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies Glaxo-Smith-Kline. Tamar’s success at a young age included a role as a Physician Epidemiologist at the Infectious Diseases, Clinical Immunology Research Center and as Chief Epidemiologist at the Anti-Tobacco Center.Also, she has implemented advanced Laboratory Tests in Georgia. |
After being awarded a Muskie / Fogarty scholarships Dr. Tchelidze attended the School of Public Health at the State University of New York (SUNY) to pursue her Master’s Degree in public health, graduating in 2002. Through Fogarty Grant Tamar also received the following training and certifications: International Ethics in Research, NYC, NY; Protecting Human Research Subjects, Albany, NY; Institutional Review Board-Sponsored Educational Sessions in Fulfillment of the Required Proof of Education, Albany, NY; Principles of STD/HIV Research, University of Washington, Seattle, WA and etc.
In December of 2006 Dr. Tchelidze was named Director of Clinical Education at the Thyroid and Adrenal Research Institute where she will help disseminate educational information to fellow professionals and will raise public awareness of the seriousness of certain medical conditions in various ways.
